Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ATLETHIA, a sports management platform operated by DATINO Consulting, based in Mexico City, Mexico. By registering and using the platform at app.atlethia.com you fully accept these Terms & Conditions. This English version is provided for convenience; the Spanish version remains the legally controlling text.

1. Definitions

• Platform: the ATLETHIA software, its website, and associated applications.
• User: any person who creates an account or uses the platform (admins, coaches, players, parents/guardians).
• Team: the club or sports academy that contracts the service.
• Service: the player management, attendance, communication, charge, and payment features offered by ATLETHIA.

2. Account and registration

To use the service you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities or activities that infringe third-party rights.
• Upload offensive, defamatory, illegal, or IP-infringing content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Overload or disrupt the operation of the service.

We may suspend or cancel your account without notice for violations of this section.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Use of the service may require payment of a subscription according to the plan contracted. Prices are published in Mexican pesos (MXN) and may include or exclude taxes as stated.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period unless previously canceled.
• You may cancel renewal at any time; the service remains active until the end of the period already paid.
• Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Charges and payments between team members processed through the platform are also governed by the terms of the corresponding payment provider.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the platform, its software, trademarks, logos, designs, and content belong to DATINO Consulting or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service under these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (team data, photos, comments). You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily suspend the service to preserve its security or stability.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLETHIA shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or any harm arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to any user is limited to the amount paid by that user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the service after publication implies your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account whenever you wish. We may suspend or cancel your access if you breach these Terms. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, jurisdiction) will remain in effect.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue that might apply to them.
